I tried to delete the backups using RnR, but it would crash every time. The Lenovo folks just told me to uninstall RnR and it would delete the backups. That didn't work. I followed the directions on resetting the shadow storage and it worked! The key, if you are using Vista (and probably Windows 7) is to open the command prompt in administrator mode (right click on the link in the Accessories folder to access that mode). Thanks!!
